From time to time we want to learn more about the different backup companies and what better way than through an interview. We feel it's saves everyone time if we can go straight to the source. In many cases we are able to talk with CEO's, Founders, and people that know the service really well.
It's better to hear what the higher-ups have to say because they represent the overall vision of the company. Sales people are trained to answer questions a certain way so we find it helpful to go up as high in the latter as we can.
